Proactively spot bottlenecks in the pipeline and act before they become problems

Own your work — measure impact, share learnings, and drive improvements every week
This challenge is perfect for you if
Currently pursuing (or recently graduated from) a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Highly organized with an eye for detail and a “get it done” attitude
Curiosity and drive to learn how world-class recruiting works in a fast-moving scale-up
