Take ownership:
As our Senior HR Operations Specialist, you’ll take ownership and make an impact by:
Managing legal risks and creating structured, automated systems for global contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and local employment matters across our locations 📈
Applying and adapting our employment framework to new international markets, solving specific compliance complexities, and developing robust policies 🌐
Actively implementing and scaling new AI-powered automations to improve efficiencies in key HR processes, such as contract management and employee offboarding 🤖
Designing and refining consistent, culturally aligned, and seamless employee lifecycle stages across global locations—ensuring they are globally standardized yet locally effective ✨
Guaranteeing every bunqer enjoys a secure and professional experience during their time at bunq, reinforcing a cohesive and supportive environment 💼

Experience in HR Operations, with a deep understanding of global People Operations & Compliance.
A proven track record of designing resilient and scalable employee journeys, transforming HR operations into structured, predictable processes that minimize errors and exceptions.
A strong passion for using technology, particularly AI, to create seamless, automated HR experiences 🤖
Expertise in analytical problem-solving, utilizing data and structured thinking to effectively identify and eliminate friction in the employee journey 📊
An in-depth knowledge of legal and cultural nuances in international employment, ensuring fair and consistent policies worldwide ⚖️
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to confidently manage global communication 💬
