Our working model provides you freedom to work remotely while staying connected with your team.

Hybrid Work Model

For the first 3 months, we’ll ask you to be in the office full time to help you foster relationships. After 3 months, you’ll get to work from home twice per week.

Remote Work Credits

Our digital nomad program allows you to work remotely 1 week per quarter after 1 year of employment and 3 weeks per quarter after 2 years.
