Take ownership
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to join our diverse and dynamic team - from crafting job ads to closing offers
Manage candidate pipelines efficiently through our ATS ensuring accuracy and transparency
Apply a commercial mindset to engage top candidates about opportunities at bunq
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment processes and close gaps
Collaborate closely with the Employer Branding team to support recruitment events and campaigns that elevate our brand awareness
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job profiles, and develop tailored hiring strategies

You have a deep curiosity and understanding of the AI and tech landscape
You have a proven track record in managing high-volume roles across different departments, while maintaining a great candidate experience
You own a strong partnership mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers
You are comfortable using existing data and metrics to drive performance and improve our processes
You have the ability to influence decisions with insights and can clearly connect them with our business needs

You're fluent in English
You have previous experience working with ATS (bonus points if you’ve worked with Recruitee before)
