As a Process Engineer - Internal Tools, you will contribute to our goal by keeping our internal tools, processes and automations in alignment with the evolving needs of our teams.

Take ownership
Build and maintain internal tools (web applications in Retool), enable smooth workflows for our operational teams
Automate end-to-end processes using BPMN and n8n to eliminate manual work
Empower our apps and automations with AI to create smarter, faster, and more intuitive processes
Continuously refine and upgrade existing tools and automations to improve quality and impact
Work closely with product and process owners in Operations to understand the needs of our users and deliver scalable, long-term solutions
This challenge is perfect for you if
You have solid JavaScript skills (the primary programming language you’ll use)
You have good familiarity of JSON and REST APIs
You have an instinct for simple, effective UI & UX, and basic comfort with UI design principles
You own a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complex challenges
You have natural curiosity for AI and motivation to apply it creatively in tools and automations
You have excellent communication skills in near-native or professional English
