Your mission is to protect our users by making sure suspicious activity is flagged and reported in line with legal and regulatory requirements 🔎 As our Reporting Agent in User Quality, you will:
Report unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
Understand and implement reporting requirements in all relevant countries
Define clear procedures for financial crime reporting in line with regulations and authority expectations
Analyze gaps to improve reporting processes based on evolving needs and requirements
Automate financial crime reporting processes to make them scalable, accurate, and compliant
Implement reporting monitoring & analytics in Retool, Looker, GSheets, or other tools
Monitor and handle all open CAP items within the given deadlines

You are:
Familiar with AML, EDD, and financial crime reporting requirements — through work or studies 📕
Skilled in investigation, problem solving, and critical thinking, with a strong sense of ethics in line with responsible banking
Data-driven and detail-oriented, with experience using reporting or analytics tools 👩🏻💻
A solution-based thinker who keeps the user’s trust front and center 🌱
An effective and quick communicator in English 💬
Available for a minimum of 32 hours a week 🕣
