Make sure offboarding processes are fully automated and based on clear, defined rules
Ensure automation follows legal and regulatory requirements (rules link to be added)
Guarantee offboarding decisions are justified, compliant, and user-friendly
Oversee refunds to offboarded users, ensuring they are processed within 32 days
Continuously improve offboarding procedures to minimize user impact and maximize efficiency
Monitor automation, spot gaps, and implement fixes quickly

A quick and clear communicator in English 💬
