This challenge is perfect for you if
You have a background in customer support, customer service, or hospitality (e.g., horeca), with a deep understanding of customer-facing operations and service ownership principles.
You are highly confident in data analysis, with proven experience using Looker to create dashboards and translate data into tangible process improvements.
You are efficient in working with AI and can identify practical ways to leverage it to improve support quality.
You are a proactive problem-solver, driven to independently identify issues and champion solutions from idea to implementation.
You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively to raise the quality bar for our entire support team. ๐จ๏ธ
