We’re looking for a Ops Talent Partner who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of scaling recruitment in our Support & Operations teams. You’ll be at the heart of building a hiring engine that runs smoothly, efficiently, and at speed—helping us grow while keeping quality high.
Take Ownership:
End-to-end recruitment for Support & Operations – from sourcing and outreach to closing top talent, ensuring roles are filled quickly and effectively.
Process optimization – identify recurring bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement workflows that streamline hiring and reduce friction.
Strategic hiring planning – partner with leadership to forecast headcount needs, build sourcing strategies, and ensure we’re always ahead of growth demands.
Stakeholder collaboration – work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and business leads to ensure speed, quality, and alignment at every step.
This challenge is perfect for you if
Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within Operations, Support, or high-volume hiring environments.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, talent communities, referrals, etc.).
Track record of designing and improving hiring processes that deliver measurable results.
Ability to work with speed, adaptability, and ownership in a scaling environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you’re just as comfortable with candidates as you are with leadership.
Data-driven mindset: you measure success through KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.) and use insights to improve.
