We’re looking for Support Experience Guides to join our team in Sofia. To fill multiple open roles quickly and effectively, we’re hosting a Recruitment Open Day — an engaging, in-person hiring event designed to help us get to know you better, and fast-track your application in a single day.
This is not your usual interview process. It’s an opportunity to meet our team, show your motivation and skills, and get a real feel for what working with us is like.

We’re expanding our internal support team after parting ways with external partners. Our goal is to bring on 11 motivated, high-quality Support Guides who can deliver consistent, human-centered support to our users. This one-day event helps us move fast, meet great people like you in person, and build strong teams from day one.

Duration: ~3 hours

Strong communication and empathy

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous customer support or service experience is great – but not required!
