This challenge is perfect for you if

  • You speak English on a near-native or professional level

  • You're familiar with urgent support roles and know how to deliver high-empathy service

  • You have strong and prompt problem solving skills

  • You excel at time management, especially for handling urgent cases

  • Bonus points if you're familiar with call centre roles

  • You're available to cover morning, evening or night shifts during weekdays and weekends

  • You have a curiosity for AI and are eager to develop your tech abilities

$ A competitive base gross monthly salary of €1,669
