Deliver premium quality standards by maintaining a high score across Fraud and User (Re-)Review workflows, ensuring smooth and empathetic user experiences
Focus on fraud prevention and user trust without compromise.
Drive high-speed quality control & learning loops by consistently completing Quality Control (QC) evaluations and keeping control of any backlog
Resolve structural issues before they affect our users
Ensure unwavering regulatory compliance by uppholding strict adherence to all regulations and fraud detection frameworks
Leverage AI for Scaled Efficiency by deploying AI tools to evaluate an increasing case volume and innovating AI-enhanced workflows to streamline and scale quality operations
Lead and coach your team effectively while balancing both business objectives and individual development
Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously refine processes for quality assurance
You’ll thrive in our environment if this sounds like you:
You have a strong understanding of KYC, EDD, AML, and fraud detection frameworks, as well as deep regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate decision-making under high stakes without compromising user experience
You’re experienced in implementing and optimizing AI-driven systems to evaluate cases and streamline quality control
You’re capable of scaling quality operations efficiently as case volumes grow
You’re proficient in balancing team workloads with business demands and regulatory audits, keeping critical error rate at 0%
You have strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive team performance

You’re familiar with tools like Looker to identify and address root causes of performance gaps
