Take ownership
As the Product Owner - Propositions, you will own the product roadmap for the core user experience, relentlessly focused on driving user growth and engagement.
Lead the product strategy for new user activation, designing and building features that create an immediate and intuitive onboarding experience to get users started with bunq.
Drive user retention by identifying and delivering product improvements that create long-term value and make the bunq app an indispensable part of our users' daily lives.
Own the data-driven optimization of the core product, ensuring every feature and enhancement is aligned with our North Star and measurably contributes to our growth.

Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of shipping user-facing features for a mobile-first product that measurably improved key growth metrics.
A deep, user-obsessed understanding of UX principles and a passion for creating simple, intuitive, and bug-free experiences.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel analysis to drive product decisions.
A demonstrated ability to translate user needs and business goals into a prioritized product roadmap that drives user activation and retention.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to get it done.
