Take ownership
As the Product Lead - Security and Crime Prevention, you will own the product vision and roadmap to protect our users and our platform from evolving threats.
Own the end-to-end product strategy for security, designing and controlling systems that provide robust protection while maintaining a seamless and beautiful user experience.
Lead the charge against financial crime by designing, building, and implementing advanced systems for fraud prevention, AML, and sanctions screening that stay ahead of emerging threats.
Drive the operational excellence of our security functions, leveraging automation, AI, and FinCrime modeling to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and stay in control of our regulatory and audit obligations.

Deep, hands-on experience in cybersecurity and fraud prevention, ideally with a strong technical background in designing and implementing security systems.
Proven leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring product teams to deliver on a complex and critical roadmap.
A solid understanding of the financial services landscape, including knowledge of payments, financial regulations (like AML), and compliance certifications.
A user-obsessed mindset, with a keen ability to understand and balance the consequences of security decisions on the end-user experience.
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills in English, with proven experience in managing relationships with internal teams, auditors, and regulators.
