Take Ownership
As a Learning & Performance Specialist, you will:
Create, manage, and continuously improve general bunq training programs.
Lead interactive workshops and in-person trainings focused on real behavior change.
Measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements 📊
Improve existing internal processes or create new ones to optimize employee performance and development.

You have deep knowledge of creating effective and engaging training programs by deadline.
You know how to measure training impact and use data to improve outcomes.
You genuinely enjoy in-person training, coaching, and working closely with people.
You’re familiar with process optimization and like making things work better ⚙️
