We are hiring two specialists for this team, each with a unique focus but a shared mission. As an Internal Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for a broad range of internal, employee-facing processes to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and build scalable solutions.
Proactively dive deep into our internal processes, gathering decentralized data and engaging directly with teams to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
Design, build, and maintain robust, end-to-end automated workflows using low-code platforms (like n8n) and custom scripts to eliminate manual tasks and streamline operations
Expertly guide colleagues through internal tool and process changes (such as deprecations or new roll-outs), using clear communication and documentation to manage the transition effectively
Translate raw operational data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders to drive decision-making.
We're hiring two distinct profiles for this team:
The Systems Designer: A strategic thinker who excels at analyzing and designing logical and effective processes that reach the entire organization, orchestrating and implementing long-term, and highly-automated solutions, and guiding the organization through major changes.
The All-Round Fixer: A dynamic and hands-on problem-solver who thrives on tackling a diverse range of challenges, iterating on workflows and processes, and delivering high-impact, and highly-automated solutions across varied contexts.
This challenge is perfect for you if
No matter your profile, you are a proactive problem-solver . You don't just execute tasks, you are always looking for opportunities to improve processes.
You have a solid understanding of software concepts with hands-on experience using APIs.
You don't need to be a senior developer, but you can comfortably read code and understand how systems interact.
Proven experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make).
Direct, hands-on experience with n8n is a major plus, and familiarity with BPMN is a bonus.
You are a clear and concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships and getting buy-in from teams across the organization.
Fluency in English is essential. You have a talent for breaking down complex issues and designing simple, scalable, and effective solutions.
