As the Growth Marketing Lead for Business & Tricount, you will make bunq the obvious choice for every business owner in Europe by driving full-funnel performance, showing tangible value from day one, and enabling growth through clear, data-driven marketing. You’ll also ensure Tricount becomes the natural organic top-of-funnel engine for shared expenses.
Take ownership:
Drive Growth Initiatives: Turn business-level goals (Verified Users, CPAR targets, feature adoption) into clear, measurable growth initiatives across all markets, coordinating with Product, CRM, Brand, and Performance channels.
Manage Acquisition Engine: Own a significant portion of the marketing budget to build a high-performing, multi-market Business acquisition engine with a clear narrative, segmentation, and P&L ownership.
Optimize the Funnel: Improve onboarding, activation, and feature adoption through data-led insights and cross-functional alignment by identifying drop-offs, collaborating with Product, and deploying effective lifecycle journeys.
Leverage Tricount: Develop Tricount as a top-of-funnel engine to convert its user base into bunq customers through a structured, privacy-first cross-sell system.

You have deep hands-on performance marketing fundamentals, with experience in CPAR optimization, multi-channel acquisition, and funnel diagnostics.
You have experience or a strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle automation, onboarding optimization, and segmentation to drive user engagement.
You possess strong ROI discipline with prior P&L responsibility and have the ability to forecast, prioritize, and make trade-offs to maximize commercial outcomes.
You can break down company-level goals into initiatives, deliver major projects independently, and build AI-driven workflows to scale your ownership.
