Take Ownership:
Spearhead the US Launch and Drive Explosive Growth: You will own the operational launch from day one, orchestrating an aggressive go-to-market plan. You'll define the channels, offers, and strategy to make an immediate impact and build a banking experience that lets our users "bank like locals."
Build Your A-Team: You will design and build our US organization from scratch. This includes creating a lean and compliant operational blueprint, justifying every role, and scaling the team from an initial 20-30 people to a powerhouse of 70-80. You will embed AI and efficient systems to ensure we operate faster and leaner than any competitor.
Mastermind Our Market Entry: You'll craft the definitive US market playbook. This involves a deep analysis of the competitive landscape to inform brand and product strategy, proposing and executing on actionable short-term wins and a long-term vision that establishes our leadership in the market.

You are a seasoned builder with a proven track record in scaling startups, fintechs, or consumer-focused businesses, ideally across multiple markets. You know what it takes to win.
You're an inspiring leader who has demonstrated leadership of fast-growing teams, with the ability to manage rapid expansion while maintaining a strong, execution-focused culture.
You have deep experience in consumer product growth (acquisition, retention, lifecycle) and a passion for building products that resonate with digital-first customers.
You possess strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to align and motivate diverse stakeholders to achieve ambitious go-to-market success.
You are comfortable and adept at working in regulated environments, with the ability to partner with compliance and legal teams to structure scalable and compliant market entities.
