Take ownership
Run bunq's US business day to day, from operations to commercial results
Be a real partner to the CEO on strategy, priorities and key decisions
Build and scale the US team from about 20–30 people to 70–80
Own the US commercial goals and act fast when results fall behind
Get commercial, product, legal and compliance pulling in the same direction in a highly regulated market
Keep bunq US nimble and focused on Eva as we grow
