Take Ownership
Position bunq as the go-to financial partner for Eva in the UK, by knowing her lifestyle inside out: how she spends, saves, and runs her money, and where bunq fits in.
Define and execute the local commercial strategy, delivering on budget, user, and revenue targets.
Build the go-to-market machine: acquisition, commercial, and operational engines, with the KPIs that prove it's working.
Own the UK P&L and commit to it.
Build and scale the UK organization, identifying the gaps between where we are and where we need to be, including the hiring plan.
Manage a broad set of stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and external partners, and land partnerships that drive user growth and engagement.
