Take Ownership:
Implement and command all finance, accounting, and treasury functions for our tech entity, ensuring absolute regulatory compliance and capital efficiency for all our projects.
Partner with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, providing critical financial insights and strategic advice to shape our tech investment strategy and product development roadmap.
Design and deploy robust control frameworks, leveraging AI and automation to enhance financial insight, strengthen controls, and build a finance function that scales as fast as our code.
Lead the financial aspects of scaling our tech operations, including managing budgets for R&D and infrastructure, and building a high-performing finance team from the ground up right here in Amsterdam.

You're a seasoned CFO with extensive banking or fintech experience and a proven track record of driving profitable, capital-efficient growth in a technology-driven environment.
You have hands-on experience scaling operations, teams, and financial systems within a fast-growing tech company.
You are skilled in leveraging AI and automation to enhance financial insight, strengthen controls, and scale operations effectively.
You are a credible and influential leader, capable of providing effective challenge to management and advising executives on financial performance and tech strategy.
You have a deep understanding of what it takes to run safe and sound operations, are free of any conflicts of interest, and are ready to be present in our Amsterdam office.
