Take ownership

• Conduct usability testing sessions to identify areas of improvement in our app’s flow and design.
• Observe and analyze user behavior, documenting pain points, confusion, or areas where the app doesn’t meet expectations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and PO
• Develop and maintain usability testing scripts, scenarios, and tools to streamline testing processes.
• Ensure accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) are met for an inclusive experience.

• You have a solid understanding of usability testing principles and user-centric methodologies.

• You’re skilled in conducting usability tests and analyzing user behavior.
• You’re familiar with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• You’re fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• You have strong communication skills to advocate for user needs effectively.
