Responsibilities

As the bank of the Free, we're here to ensure that every user everywhere can have the best banking experience and their money are safe. You will take ownership of:

• Identifying knowledge and performance gaps, by escalating them to the relevant team member you will be able to set them up for growth. 
• Maintaining and utilising the support quality while working on improvement of the expertise of our employees.

Requirements

• You have good written and verbal communication skills in English 
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and can communicate effectively, while showing empathy
• Your attention to detail allows you to continuously identify knowledge gaps and resolve them to deliver the best service
• You are a Dutch speaker 🇳🇱
