• Serve as the first point of contact for any user calling our SOS Hotline

• Deliver a top notch customer experience by understanding our user's needs and issue, to provide them with a resolution in the most empathetic way

• Stay up to date with our processes and master them to help our users as efficiently as you can

• Collaborate with operational teams, contributing to improve our user's experience

• You speak English on a near-native or professional level
• You're familiar with urgent support roles and know how to deliver high-empathy service
  
• You have strong and prompt problem solving skills
• You excel at time management, especially for handling urgent cases
• Bonus points if you're familiar with call centre roles
• You're available to cover morning, evening or night shifts during weekdays and weekends
