• You know your way around learning strategies and are skilled in creating trainings and onboarding programs.
• You have teaching skills and know how to transfer our way of working to new employees.
• We prefer if you are confident in Coursera or similar platforms.
• You have a knack for process improvement and development.

• You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently.
