Take ownership

As our Employer Brand Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s image. You’ll craft stories that showcase our unique values and highlight the awesome work our team does.

• Find the best talent and get them to apply for a job 
• Interact with talent using different online and offline career platforms to show what it is like to work at bunq.
• Manage bunq's reputation as an employer, ensuring it remains accurate and positive online.

• You know how to develop and execute employer brand strategies that align with business and hiring objectives, driving measurable results

• You are an expert in employer brand channels, EVP, content strategy, and company culture, with a proven ability to create AND MANAGE compelling stories across multiple media, including video, blogs, short copy, and social media

• You have strong project management skills with a successful track record in building and maintaining a consistent employer brand.

• You know how to coordinate and promote global talent brand events, support paid social media marketing campaigns, and partner with external organizations and internal teams to enhance employer brand visibility and reputation

• You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently
