Your responsibility is to collect, analyse, and present performance data that enables teams to understand their impact and continuously improve. You will be the go-to person for reliable, accurate data. Your work will help teams assess how well they are meeting the needs of bunq's users, ensuring they deliver the best possible experience. By providing insights into performance, you'll guide teams to identify areas of improvement and optimise their processes to better serve our users 🚀

• Proficiency in Looker and other tools for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to create clear and effective data visualisations.
• Ability to collect and interpret financial data, provide insights on financial performance, and understand basic budgeting principles.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with teams (e.g., Workforce Management Lead, Real-Time Analysts).
• Good understanding of Operational and Workforce Management processes.

• You speak English fluently and can effectively communicate with different stakeholders
• You can quickly assess and troubleshoot issues, putting your problem solving skills to work to come up with solutions
• Planning, organising and prioritising holds no secret to you
• You're proficient in data analysis tools and can monitor real-time metrics and generate reports
