We are on a mission to revolutionize how we manage group expenses at Tricount. As a Product Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Marketers and Market Analysts. Your team will be a driving force in growing Tricount organically in existing markets and launching it in brand new markets. The stakes are high - we have ambitious targets for get more Tricount users across the world. We need someone who can strategically prioritize, turn data into insights, and persuasively influence our customer base. You are not just a marketer, you're also a natural leader that can lead your team to succeed and help make life easy for everyone looking to share group expenses 🚀

As a lead, you will bring your expertise and leadership skills to our team:

  • Develop marketing strategies and execute them to expand our presence, foster customer engagement, and encourage product use.

  • Use data-driven approach to determine market trends, identify opportunities, and form strategies for both existing and new markets

  • Persuade and influence potential customers, capturing their interest and converting them into engaged and active users.

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 2 product marketers and 1 market analyst, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance.

  • Hit target goals for new registered users 📊

Your journey

How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together.

What to expect from the tests

To kick off  your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
