Process Automation Engineer

1. Automate and Standardize Processes Impacting Employees:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define processes 
• Automating processes, ensuring their clarity and adhering to internal standards
• Maintain an organized and efficient approach to managing the automation requests
• Assessing and improving the impact and feasibility of automation efforts
• Identify and suggest solutions to address gaps in teams, structures, and processes

2. Oversee Camunda BPMN:

• Act as the primary owner of Camunda BPMN, the tool used to automate business processes.

• You are passionate about driving efficiency and standardization through automation.

• You are service-oriented, always focused on meeting the needs of your colleagues.
  

• You enjoy solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions. 

• You excel at planning and organizing tasks and projects.

• You are familiar with BPMN and have a working knowledge of Python.

• You thrive in a role that allows you to take ownership and make a significant impact on the organization.

• You're fluent in English
