At bunq we are on a mission to revolutionize banking and we Make Live Easy with our awesome app. We want to engage potential users to use bunq as their primary bank account by introducing them to our unique & tailored features. As an Online Reputation Specialist, you will help spread the word to potential users by steering the conversation and optimizing online reputation.

Take Ownership

Keep an eye on online sentiment and customer feedback and create and implement strategies to improve them by:

• Monitoring and managing Trustpilot, app store ratings, and other online reviews to ensure a positive brand reputation.
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics related to online reviews and brand sentiment, as well as conducting competitor analysis.
• Engaging with online communities and forums to foster positive discussions about the brand.
• Creating and executing campaigns to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.

• You have a solid understanding of developing and implementing Online Reputation Strategies to enhance online reputation.
• You know how to track and report on online reviews and brand sentiment.
• You can think from a user's perspective and know how to engage with them.
• You are fluent in english and great at written communication.
