Take ownership
As our KYB Team Lead, you will be tasked with:
Overseeing the onboarding process for companies
Enhancing the onboarding experience by clarifying next steps and setting expectations for companies
Analyzing and leveraging data to gain insights and facilitate decision-making processes, improving our conversions in the onboarding funnel for companies
Minimizing the manual approval waiting time and maximizing the verification rate
Leading a dynamic team of over 8 people, utilizing your leadership skills to ensure optimal performance and outcomes
Keeping our banking system safe while maximizing the number of companies we onboard
This challenge is perfect for you if
A background in KYB processes in banking across EU5 (NL, DE, FR, ES, IE)
Experience with onboarding flow design
Proven record of leading and building a team
Exceptional ability to plan, organize and persuade
Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn data into insights
Exceptional communication skills in the English language

How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together.
What to expect from the tests
To kick off your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
