Junior Legal Officer

To keep things smooth and hassle-free, we're expanding our legal team at bunq. As a Junior Legal Officer, you'll ensure timely, efficient, and fair legal responses to user questions and claims. You'll protect bunq’s capital from unjust claims, ensure our users' money is safe, and make sure we comply with the law while treating everyone fairly.

Take ownership

You will empower our end-user solving any legal issues together and keeping things simple by:

• De-escalating legal problems, while staying to the point and empathic.
  
• Managing user cases and claims, including those with Kifid.
• Making sure that we comply with the law and both parties are treated fairly.
• Identifying process bottlenecks and continuously improve our practices

• You have a Master's degree in Law.

• You're great at solving complex legal problems with minimal hassle.

• You’re analytical, business-driven, and can think outside the box.

• Bonus if you know how to handle (Kifid) claims.

• You’re an excellent communicator and fluent in English and in Dutch.
