What you'll do
As our Junior Employer Branding Specialist you will be taking ownership by:

• Organizing internal and external events
• Creating and managing social media content that resonates with the target audience
• Ensuring our careers website attracts the best people
• Creating and managing recruitment ads campaigns on different channels

• You have the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines
• You have a genuine interest in promoting a positive employee experience
• You are enthusiastic about showcasing the company's unique culture and values.
• You have strong analytical skills when working with large amounts of information

• You have the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 🗣️

• You have excellent communication skills in English🇬🇧 and in your local language: Turkish 🇹🇷 or Bulgarian 🇧🇬

＄ Gross annual salary between €18,579 - €20,195 in Istanbul
