What you'll do
As our Junior Compliance Officer, you will be taking ownership by:

• Using a data-driven approach to prioritizer and improve compliance processes and models without losing efficiency 📑
• Engaging with key stakeholders (i.e. first line, risk, audit) and working cooperatively to ensure compliance with AML/CFT & Sanctions regulations in particular
• Maintaining internal policies and guidelines on different subject matters, and ensuring bunq stays compliant with local laws and regulations 💪🏻

• You have basic understanding of AML/WTO laws and regulations
• You have previous interaction within / with the financial sector 🏦
• You speak data and process - your accuracy and attention to detail will help you communicate effectively with internal stakeholders 👩🏻‍💻
• You have the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 🗣️
• You have excellent communication skills in English🇬🇧

＄ Salary between lev3,307 and lev3,502 in Bulgaria OR €1,430 - €1,514 in Turkey and the option to gain a quarterly bonus
