Internal Trainer

bunq is a place for everyone to grow professionally, but our biggest question right now is: how? This is where you come in. With your training expertise, you will know exactly what theory and practice we can use to train our bunqers to reach their full potential. 🚀

You will work with data, analyse our culture and assess the need for training programmes. You'll give feedback to all bunqers, measure their progress and take on any training related projects (e.g. setting up a training database).

What you'll do
As our Internal Trainer, you will be taking ownership by:                                                                                                                                      

• Developing training programmes to ensure our team has all the tools they need to succeed 
• Evaluating and providing constructive feedback
• Supporting teams to develop their own training programmes

• You have strong presentation and problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to create roadmaps
• You have an affinity with workshop management

• You have the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 🗣️

• You have excellent communication skills in English🇬🇧
