Take Ownership

As IAM Analyst at bunq, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our systems, ensuring seamless user access, by taking ownership of:

1. Logical Access Management - control and manage user access to our systems and data to prevent unauthorized access, protect sensitive information, and maintain cybersecurity.
2. Periodic Review System Access
3. SuperAdmin Access Review - ensure employees have “least privilege” access to protect user data in case of an attack.

• Support in implementing IAM-related control measures and demonstrate operational effectiveness, preferably in fintech/payments and with EU-wide scope.

• Ability to understand risk control frameworks, including processes and automation for Risk and Compliance.
• Good understanding of Operational and IT risks as well as relevant regulations.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with industry counterparts, regulators, and partners.
• Well-developed analytical and decision-making skills with a sense of how to develop and articulate clear logic for decisions and policies.
• Ease and in working in technology-driven environments.
• Multiple language skills with Dutch, German, French an advantage. English is a must-have.
