Take ownership
Getting our users to be aware of bunq means showing them what free truly means - and how we can be a part of that. As our Head of Acquisition Marketing, you will be owning: 

  • Setting up a growth strategy for bunq's acquisition of new users
  • Implement your growth strategy across different teams in the users' customer journey
  • Scaling the acquisition team with high-performing individuals, and championing a culture of testing and experiments within that team
  • Understanding our users' wants and needs - and from that, building and executing product / market fit strategies

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • You have excellent communication skills in English - any other European languages are welcome! 
  • Fluency in data is a must! Deriving insights from data, and defining clear actionables from those insights must come naturally to you. 
  • You have scaled teams within acquisition marketing
  • You're an in all things (online) acquisition marketing 🗣️
  • A strong commercial drive - linking acquisition back to commercials is important to you
  • You're methodical and work / think in processes
  • You have scaled growth strategies in the B2C space 📈

Your journey

How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to determine if bunq is a fit for you. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and explore specific roles together. Before we decide on making you an offer, you’ll get a chance to show your skills on your Get Shit Done day.

What to expect from the tests

To kick off  your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role.
