• Design and implement comprehensive infrastructure strategies and ensure stability through robust processes, continuous monitoring, and detailed documentation.

• Cultivate a high-performing team by mentoring and guiding members, fostering a culture of growth, strategic thinking, and innovation.

• Establish and enforce effective security policies, seamlessly manage audits, and implement scalable processes for risk management to ensure stringent compliance.

• Deep knowledge of building and maintaining AWS infrastructure at scale.

• Proven skills in building and growing a team of engineers.

• Proven skills in implementing structured ways of working, including writing policies.

• Familiarity with guiding audits and ensuring compliance.

• You're fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
