As our CRM Infrastructure Lead, you'll own and scale Bird, our CRM platform, making sure our communications run like a well-oiled machine. You'll lead a team of 2-3 experts while also diving deep into technical execution—automating workflows, optimizing deliverability, and ensuring compliance at every step.

Take Ownership

You'll take full ownership of Bird, ensuring it's integrated across all user touch points, powering real-time, personalized, and automated interactions.

• Integrate Bird Across All Touchpoints → Connect CRM seamlessly with our app, website, customer support, and backend systems to capture every interaction in one place.

• Centralize and Manage CRM Data → Structure user data, preferences, and support history securely and efficiently to enable frictionless interactions.

• Automate & Optimize Communications → Use Bird’s automation features to trigger the right messages at the right time, improving response rates and retention.

• Ensure Email & SMS Deliverability → Maintain a stellar sender reputation and troubleshoot deliverability issues to maximize open rates.

• Maintain Security & Compliance → Safeguard all user data and ensure adherence to global privacy laws.

• Monitor, Analyze, and Improve → Track CRM performance, optimize workflows, and drive actionable improvements using analytics.

• You're an expert in CRM automation, capable of optimizing workflows, segmenting audiences, and ensuring message deliverability.

• You know how to connect CRM with other systems and handle APIs and data pipelines effortlessly.

• You understand the technical side of email and SMS deliverability, including managing sender reputation, ensuring inbox placement, and troubleshooting at scale.

• You're hands-on and skilled in guiding and elevating a team, setting ambitious goals, and driving results.
