Take ownership

As our CRM Business Analyst, we want you to help us understand which of our messaging resonates with our users - and also why! You will be taking ownership of: 

• Observing and analyzing our users' reactions and feedback to our messaging, and then
• Turning that analysis into insights and actionables through which our CRM Specialists will leverage to make our users' communication journey even better🚶🏻‍♀️

• You like to challenge the status quo, and think outside of the box ⚡️

• You have a strong analytical skills, with deep understanding of data analysis and reporting 

• You can / have worked with CRM Softwares

• Presenting insights and findings in an easy-to-understand manner comes naturally to you - big bonus points if you can take that insights and recommend actions and actionable for the team to take 🧠

• If you can write queries with SQL or Python, that's another big plus ➕

• You're fluent in English, both speaking and writing 🎙️
