To keep the pace, we’re running a tight ship with clear ways of working, communicating every step of the way, so there can be no ambiguity ⛵️ We move fast, but never at the cost of clarity. That’s why we work 0900–1800 LOC (local time), share our daily status in Slack, and use the Late(R) form if life happens and we’re running behind. The cookies? A sweet reminder that while we cut each other some slack, we never cut corners when it comes to showing up🍪.
