The Process

Step 1 - Getting Ready

You’ll receive your assignment and logins to all the necessary tools on the morning of your Get Shit Done Day (GSDD). Make sure you review everything before touching base with your dedicated recruiter in the morning—they’ll help you with any questions you may have. 

Step 2 - Kick-Off Meeting

This is your opportunity to ask your team lead questions about your assignment and ensure you kick things off on the right foot.

Step 3 - Midday Alignment

Take this opportunity to align with your team lead on the progress you’ve made so far, the challenges you’re facing, receive feedback on your work, and get ready for the final presentation.

Step 4 - Final Presentation

It’s your time to shine! You’ve worked very hard all day to complete your assignment, now show your team lead what you came up with.
