As the Product Discovery Lead at bunq, you will help Adams (our employees) find and understand Eva's (our users) challenges. You deliver critical insights into Eva's challenges and experience at each Life Stage and discover new market opportunities to surprise them with simple, intuitive solutions. As bunq's Product Discover Lead, you are the owner of:

• Discovery Strategy - Discover Eva's wants and needs to improve their banking experience
• Spot for Eva - Lead innovation by identifying new features that will Make Life Easy.
• Localize for Eva - Ensure bunq’s offerings align with Eva’s specific local needs

• You’re passionate about uncovering user needs and thrive on translating insights into impactful product strategies.
• You believe in simple, intuitive solutions that surprise and delight users and are ready to push the boundaries of traditional banking.
• You have a deep understanding of market research and assumption validation techniques.
• You have a talent for translating data into clear insights that shape product innovation.
• You’re data-driven, tenacious, and enjoy solving complex challenges.
• You have skills in marketing and communication and the ability to advise stakeholders. 
• You have proven managerial skills to guide teams and maximize delivery.
• Ideally, you have expertise in user research, market analysis and product strategy within fintech / tech fields.
