• You are a great communicator - you are clear and concise, and you're an expert at explaining complex audit findings in an easy-to-understand manner 
• You've led teams before, and have worked in a cross-functional setting, allowing you to create a positive team environment for your team, and others around you 
• Your ownerships and bunq's goals will be very closely aligned; so looking at the bigger picture should come naturally to you
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices within a European fintech / financial institutions context 
• You are fluent in English. Speak a few more languages? Even better! 
• You are skilled in thinking critically - effectively breaking down complex problems and finding solutions, especially in utilizing a risk-based approach to internal auditing
• You're comfortable engaging with regulators, and have a solid grasp of European regulatory and compliance requirements
• A fast-paced, ever-changing environment doesn't scare you! 
• You're looking far ahead and proactive in identifying risks, and are always seeking for areas of improvement
