What you'll do

• Design CRM tailored to the users' needs based on their behavior.
• Facilitate user feedback by enabling users to effortlessly leave a review based on their experience. 
• Implement data-driven strategies to continuously optimize user engagement and retention, leveraging insights from CRM analytics.

• You have strong knowledge of CRM automation and tools.

• You have an understanding of product marketing. 

• You are great at data analysis and can evaluate effectiveness of campaigns.

• You know how to effectively manage multiple projects across departments.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
